Q:How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes? 
A: We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.

Q:How do I contact you if I have a question?
A: We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or  MSN or 53KF.
       
Q:When and how can I check on my order status?
A: Usually, after 1-2 days you can trace your package(s).

Q:Why doesn't my tracking number work?
A: All tracking numbers are activated in 24 hours in the database of the shipping companies. If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking      number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet.    

Q:How long will it take to receive my shoes?
A: It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order.
     Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
     Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

Q:How do I track my order ?
A: After the item is shipped, our shipping department will provide you with a tracking number within 24-48 hours. You can check the progress of your order at  
www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or you can send us an email to track your order current status.

Q: Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)
A: Yes! We currently ship to most countries and areas in the world.

Q:If I need to order the items which aren't on the website,can you find them for me?
A: You can file pictures to us,we will do our best for you.
 
Q:Is shipping included in the prices?
A: Yes! The shipping fees are included in the item prices, we provide free shipping worldwide.(EMS)

Q: May i receive any discount if i order more than one pair ?
