Mini order Return & exchange policy
Size information Customs policy
1. Send an email or chat by MSN/Yahoo/53KF etc messenger to us with the following information: (we provide mix order) * item code and size from our website * quantity you want * your contact details (Name, Email, Address, Zipcode, City, Country and Telephone)2. We will send you confirmation email after get your order information.3. Make the payment and then send name to us.4. We confirm the payment and send out the goods by door to door express mail within 2 working days.5. We will email the tracking number to you after we deliver the goods.6. Give us feedback after you get the goods.
The following products: T-shirt, sunglass, hat, wallet, belt, jersey, shorts and underwear, the minimum quantity is 3 pieces per order.
Other products (such as shoes, jeans, hoodies): there is no limit on the minimum order. We accept one item orders.
For all the orders, FULL prepayment is required.
We accept and maintain the following payment channels:

We prefer Western Union transfer (very fast ,only takes about 5minutes)

We prefer Money Gram

You can do the payment at Money Gram website or go to your local Money Gram agent, then show us the Money Gram payment info:
1. MTCN: money transfer control number.(includes 10 digital numbers)
2. Money sender's name (First name, Last Name,Address, Country).
3. T/T(bank transfer)
Bank transfer is a good payment way for low money transfer fee, please go the bank that nearby your home, and ask the bank to do the payment, after you pay, please scan the bank transfer receipt as a image and email to us.
After you finish the payment, the money need to take 3-4 days to arrive in our Bank of China account. As soon as your payment is confirmed, products will be shipped out.

4. Paypal
Make payment by Paypal with your Credit Card and Email.(Don’t accept Wholesale Payment)
Currently, Paypal service is not perfect yet in China. International payment transaction may have difficulties to get through.
EMS is the main shipping method we use to deliver goods.
Usually ,we will send the goods within one working days after we get the payment.
Once we ship out the goods, we will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking.
Normally, it will take 3-5 working days for the goods to travel to UK, 5-7 working days to North America and 7-9 working days to other areas.
Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.
We are committed to providing high quality products to our customers .If you are not satisfied with our products, you can simply ship them back, and no question asked. We will refund the value of the ordered products in your next order. Please make sure the product HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please send emails to shoesbybuy@hotmail.com to inform at first, we shall give you the correct address to receive shoes. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
When returning your product, please write down the item code (same as on our website) and email address and put it in the parcel to facilitate the refund process.
The original shoebox and accessories must be returned with the shoes in new and saleable condition.
PLEASE PACK THE SHOES, SHOEBOX, AND ANY ACCESSORIES INSIDE ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX. Returns without the original shoebox and accessories will not be accepted. Returns using the shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted also.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
For the customs clearance, your package should always be delivered safely. But if an exception occurs, for example, your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to contact the customs officers and get it released. If not successful, we will refund the value of the products you ordered in your next order (The shipping fee is not refundable). If the package has problem in Chinese customs, we will resend the exact same product free of charge. All of our packages must be signed upon received. If nobody is at home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local postal office until you are able to sign your signature for the package.
